John Weber

John is Small Great Ventures' not-so-undercover psychics nerd, video gamer extraordinaire, and dumpling making party host. He schools us on Figma and Notion and scopes great lunch spots.

John has more than 20 years of experience in managing product launches spanning multiple industries. His work includes Fortune 500 companies, startups, municipal governments, higher educational institutions, and non-profit organizations, with each project crafted to cater to target audience goals and requirements.

As Chief Product Officer, John is responsible for vetting new product ideas and testing them against current market trends and audience interest. He oversees our small great products through UX, design, development and into launch.

John’s work includes Toyota, Asurity Technologies, Temerity Capital Partners, Metlife, Brown-Forman, Sonoma-Cutrer, University of Indiana, Humana, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and the City of Louisville. His design philosophy integrates the user’s voice through design, accessibility and an easy experience.

Born and raised in Kentucky, John lives in Washington, D.C with his beagle mutt rescue, Captain Janeway. You’ll find them roaming the streets and parks of Capitol Hill defending the neighborhood from the plight of squirrels.
